«Unheard Berlin» focuses on the "unheard»sounds
of an urban space–audio events occurring at a microsound level which,
in the normal daily course of events, we never notice, or maybe only subliminally
notice, as we traverse a city. Presented at an amplified, i.e. consciously
audible level, these sounds provide an audio glimpse of the urban space
which we normally miss, revealing a wealth of sound awaiting us when we
just listen. All sound files have been recorded in Berlin.
